That the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) review the updated TDA 3 Program Guidelines and recommend the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board approve the updated TDA-3 Program Guidelines, and open a Call for Projects at its April 17, 2024 meeting.
