That the Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) approve the updated TDA 3 Program Guidance and recommend the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board approve the TDA-3 Program Guidance and open a Call for Projects at its April 17, 2024 meeting.
