Information only. The Board will discuss a possible sales tax measure to replace the existing Measure T in order to improve the outcomes of the ½ cent sales tax for transportation. The discussion topics will include:
• Bonding against future revenues to bring funding forward
• Evaluating formulas for distributing local streets and road revenues
• Funding multi-modal infrastructure projects
• Other changes to improve sales tax measure performance
