Recommended Action
Board action will authorize the Executive Director to execute Purchase Order 19-1022 to acquire five (5) zero-emission battery-electric low-floor thirty (30) foot buses from BYD in an amount not to exceed $3,278,182, pending receipt of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements for Altoona testing from the Transit Resource Center (TRC).
