Board action will authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to execute and make minor modifications to Work Authorization No. E-10 to NVTA Agreement No. 18-20 with Kimley-Horn and Associates for the Imola Avenue Park and Ride Environmental Design an amount not to exceed $441,100.
