Recommended Action

That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board approve Resolution No. 24-14 authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Fund Transfer Agreement with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Planning, Programming and Monitoring (PPM) Program in the amount of $74,000.
