Recommended Action

That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board authorize the Executive Director to execute and make minor modifications to Project Work Order No. 23-OCE09-E03 with Kleinfelder for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Redwood Park & Ride Improvements project, in an amount not to exceed $138,800.
