Recommended Action

That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) review and recommend the NVTA Board of Directors approve the Transportation Development Act Article 3 (TDA 3) Guidelines and open a Call for Projects for Fiscal Years 2025-2026 through 2026-2027.
